We accept payment by Credit Card . We also accept bank checks in Euros if made out to "IMEXCO" from a French bank account .
Credit Card and bank checks in Euros are accepted starting with a minimum of 14,00 Euros . Please note that your payment will be cashed before your order is shipped.
Delivery time :
As soon as we receive your payment we ship your parcel, it will take an average of 5 to 10 days from the time of your order to the time you receive your package.
Stock :
Sometimes due to heavy demands we may temporarily run out of stock; in such case you will be advised right away and have the following choice to make :
1) Receive a full refund.
2) Wait x days to when we restock your order.
3) Upon placing your order, please include a substitute item we wil send.
For orders from 14 Euros to 250 Euros, shipping charges within foreign countries depending on the country from where you will be ordering. For orders above or equal to 250,00 Euros : free delivery for France, Monaco and foreign countries.
Shipping : to assure you fast and safe shipping all our deliveries are made by "colissimo suivi" in France and by international carriers for foreign countries.
IMEXCO reserves the right to change its prices and conditions at any time due to market conditions . All prices are (FOB) PLOUHA, France . Items, clothing and shoes can be returned and exchanged if they have not been used . Items must be returned within a period of 8 days in the same package they were sent you . After this period of time they cannot be exchanged or returned . The products are sold under the sole guarantee of the manufacturer . Normal wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee . when you return the product, you must pay the shipping costs - when shipping costs are not prepaid, the shipment will not be accepted - inclose the invoice and a letter explaining why you are returning the product .Goods travel at the risk of the buyer, eventhough the shipping costs are paid by the buyer . Open the parcel in front of the carrier, write all the necessary comments on the carrier's bill and confirm within three days by insured letter . Legal questions are decided by the Essonne (France) Court of Commerce . Outdoor, mountain or nautical sports may be hazardous, therefore before using any equipment, make sure you know how to use them . In case of accident due to use of any products, IMEXCO will not be responsible.
